Home to a multifaceted student body of more than 1,100, Bluffton is situated on 65 acres of lush, wooded grounds that line the banks of the Little Riley Creek in the village of Bluffton, Ohio. Bluffton offers academic study in more than 90 academic programs, an adult bachelor's degree-completion program in organizational management, accounting and RN to BSN, and master's degrees in education with concentrations in reading endorsement, intervention specialist licensure, leadership, and faith-based education; organizational management; and business administration with concentrations in leadership and in accounting and financial management.

Bluffton University holds a certificate of authorization from the Ohio Board of Regents to confer the degrees of bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, master of arts in education, master of arts in organizational management and master of business administration. Bluffton University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, a member of the North Central Association.

Our graduate and continuing education programs make it possible to complete your degree while balancing work, family, church and other commitments. Graduate and continuing education classes are conveniently offered in Bluffton, Archbold and Piqua, Ohio.

Bluffton is affiliated with the Mennonite Church-USA, however the majority of Bluffton students are not Mennonite.This creates an atmosphere where all students are invited to explore and come to own their own beliefs.

Courses offered through the Bluffton graduate programs in education can strengthen classroom teaching, be used for license renewal, expand options with additional endorsements or lead to a cost-effective, convenient and challenging graduate degree in education. Through this program, we seek to collaborate with practicing teachers, administrators and the Ohio Department of Education to meet the varying needs of educators in Ohio's schools.

The Honors Program at Bluffton is a four-year program designed to challenge intellectually ambitious and highly motivated students in all disciplines to explore relationships among academic study, religious faith, meaningful vocation and service experience.In addition to students' coursework, the program sponsors special cultural and social events for honors students as well as offers individualized help with advising and applications to graduate and professional schools.

Bluffton encourages an internship, practicum, field placement or student research opportunity to students who are ready and willing to engage in this challenge, either a part of your class requirements or on your own.

The Learning Resource Center provides academic and personal support in the form of study groups, tutoring, workshops and individual consultations. Resources to increase your skills in time management, note taking, reading, mathematics, test taking and stress management are also available. The director also serves as the counselor for disability services.

Technology is nearly everywhere on Bluffton's campus, from wireless hotspots across campus, to high-speed Internet connections in every residence hall room to the Technology Center, where you can access to the latest digital tools. A Help Desk and a variety of support services are available for users at all levels.
