In an effort to create a distinctive leadership experience for YCP students that spans divisions, we’ve created a programming framework that came out of conversations from the Student Leadership Taskforce. The framework includes three levels of development that students move through during their time at YCP. The framework utilizes the Social Change Model of Leadership and Strengths Based Education philosophy.
