As part of the Northeastern Pennsylvania community, Keystone College is part of a vibrant and diverse area. Nearly 1400 students come to our beautiful campus from nearby states such as New York, New Jersey, and Maryland, as well as nationally and internationally.

In a relatively short period of time, Keystone College has advanced from being an excellent junior college that granted associate degrees to a fully accredited and highly respected institution, offering associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Our successful graduates include a Hollywood actor, a car designer, a magazine editor, a park ranger, CPA’s, chiefs of police, legislators, working artists, teachers, web programmers, biologists, and more.

Where your story leads you depends on the classes you take, the major you select and the college you attend. Keystone College has a mix of challenging academics and opportunities for our undergraduate students.

Keystone College evaluates an applicant’s potential for success based on several criteria rather than just standardized test scores alone. Therefore, we have recently adopted a standardized test-optional policy for undergraduate admissions. We review applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. We recommend you apply as early as possible prior to the semester in which you want to begin. This will afford undergraduate students an early decision and priority in merit scholarship selection, financial aid awarding, and housing.

Keystone College offers innovative, market-specific graduate programs to help students advance in their careers. Our degree programs are designed to meet the needs of emerging and working professionals, through convenient course delivery formats. Applicants who have earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution, with a cumulative grade point average of a 3.0 or higher, will be considered for admission.

We are committed to working with each student and their family to ensure that the cost of a college education is not an obstacle to future goals. We provide a full spectrum of financial aid and tuition services to assist with funding your college education. 96% of Keystone College students receive financial aid.

Study abroad and can explore your academic goals in an international setting and global environment. The experience of living in a new country will build your self-confidence, add valuable skills to your tool box, and will alter how you view yourself, the world, and your own country. Spending a summer, semester, or year abroad can be a wonderful, life-changing experience. The Library, Learning and Career Center provides a wide array of academic support services and resources for success, including advising and career services. Whether you are looking for information or need support, in or out of the classroom, we have someone on staff willing and able to help you every step of the way. The Center, located on the main floor of the Miller Library, serves as your one-stop solution when you’re not sure where to turn to. We are open year-round with extended hours to meet the needs of our students.

The undergraduate research program at Keystone College provides you the opportunity to explore and work one-on-one with a faculty mentor. Gain a competitive edge when seeking employment by learning to use the tools of your chosen profession – whether a spectrometer, an advanced survey technique, or a pottery wheel, you will gain hands-on experience conducting faculty-mentored or student-developed research projects.
