All the professor's I've had during my first semester at Cumberland University have been friendly and more than willing to help with any questions I have. One of the biggest advantages to going to a small school like Cumberland is the faculty and staff get to know you. Your professors actually know you by name because your classes are as small or smaller than they were in high school. I love that about cumberland. As far as the extracurricular activities and social aspects of the university goes, I do not live on campus so I am not involved in that. The students I have met there have all been friendly and nice, but I haven't made any friends there simply because I'm not on campus enough. I go to class then head to work then go home.

Cumberland University has a very nice campus. Although small with limited resources, you find yourself being a student and somebody. You get to know your surroundings and fellow classmates. The town of Lebanon also has some nice sights.
