Tarleton has extended the reach of state-supported, affordable education by expanding online undergraduate and graduate programs and classes in Waco, Midlothian, and Fort Worth.

The mission of Career Services is to empower students and alumni to synthesize, articulate, and leverage their academic and co-curricular knowledge to be competitive. We help students think globally and long-term through career and personal development. We build relationships with employers to provide opportunities for student/alumni success and meet their industry’s staffing demands.

The vision of the Career Services Center is to integrate with academics and partner with industry leaders to help students/alumni develop both professionally and personally. Graduates will leave polished, competent, competitive and capable of navigating an ever-evolving world.

The Academic Advising Center (AAC) is comprised of 16 professional academic advisors who partner with faculty and staff across campus to help you succeed. The mission of the Academic Advising Center is to encourage all students to become engaged in their personal development toward achievement of their academic and life goals. We will reach Tarleton students through proactive, holistic, and intentional advising.

Live and attend some classes with people in your same major or field of study. A lot of living-learning community students from other majors also live in the same building. It is a great way to build relationships. Living-Learning Community students have some of the same courses and they end up studying together and supporting each other throughout their academic experience.
