Job Summary

  • Liaising with local market clients regarding orders and shipments and follow up if there are any discrepancies
  • Check orders versus stock and average monthly sales
  • Enter all orders onto the system and summarize the data in Excel format and analyse and compare it with the budget and YTD results
  • Regular update of Purchase Orders in coordination with the marketing coordinator
  • Follow up payments with clients and ensure payment is on time

Requirements

  • Candidates should have excellent analytic skills, a high attention to detail, be able to multi task and be proficient in all MS Office skills especially Excel.
  • You will be presentable and be a good communicator and be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the retail sector would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience of working with sales budgets and forecasts, shipping orders and stock is essential and you must be able to analyse data and present reports of the findings.
