In light of the continuous expansion in its programs and its aspiration to attain excellence and satisfy future needs, Philadelphia University (PU) has adopted a strategic plan for the period 2012-2017. Accordingly, PU’s vision, mission and strategic objectives have been modified. This strategic plan is accompanied by an implementation scheme that comprises specific duties to be implemented according to a time line/ schedule over the five year plan. The University has also defined a set of performance indicators to be used as measures to assess the extent of implementation and redirecting the corrective actions when necessary.
