Type of Programme

The INTEC Short Learning Programme in Introduction to Trauma Counselling is a short course, which is non- credit bearing and not an accredited NQF qualification. This programme has been approved by the INTEC College Academic Board and is focused on employee development and learning.

Duration

You should be able to complete this course within 6 months.

Admission Requirements

Grade 12 (Std. 10) or equivalent, or 3 years work experience.

Assessment

You are required to complete and submit two assignments to the College for marking. All assignments must be successfully completed in order to be awarded your certificate of completion. All students are encouraged to work on all the self-evaluation questions that are in the Study Guide. Students are required to submit compulsory assignments that are provided in the study Guide. Only these compulsory assignments will be marked and accounted for to be included in the final mark.
