Programme Leader (MSc Marketing Management) & (MA Fashion
Recipient of “Amity Young Researcher Award” and “Best Woman Performer in Academic Leadership Award (Overseas)”, Dr. Fatima Beena is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, author and an experienced academician with over 22 years of demonstrated history of research and teaching in a diverse international environment. She is currently working as a Program Lead- MSc Strategic & Digital Marketing & Head of Innovation Hub at De Montfort University Dubai. She was previously associated with the American College of Dubai as an Associate Professor and Dean, School of Business. She is strongly committed to creating an engaging, effective, and interactive learning environment that fosters the continuous development of learners. She is a strong education professional with Short courses in Behavioral Finance, Digital Marketing, Strategy & Leadership for Duke University, the University of Michigan, and the University of Illinois.
She has co-authored a book “Who Moved My Heals” and has presented various research work at prestigious national and international conferences. As a passionate trainer and speaker, Dr. Fatima addresses several seminars, conducts training workshops for middle level and top-level managers, and delivers talks on contemporary topics in marketing, branding and consumer psychology. She also sits in the editorial board of the International Journal of Management and Advisory Board Member of Emerging Business and Economic Trends (EBET) Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Pakistan
She also is the Founder and Director of a Section 25 Company (Not for Profit Organization), Social Research & Human Development Foundation. Dr Fatima is also engaged with a lot of social welfare organizations actively working for female foeticide, beat diabetes, breast cancer awareness, child education, and homeless old age and elderly people. She is an active volunteer of the Robinhood Army. She spearheaded the CSR campaign of Amity University Lucknow campus in the adoption of five villages.
Dr. Fatima has operational experience in incubators, research labs, government research projects, private-sector startups, and program creation, and management at various industrial and academic levels, She registered her second company in UAE- UPken Education & Consultant in the year 2021, with a focus on upskilling students and professionals at various levels.
