3H International School

3H School International is an online school, providing transformative education to students in New Zealand and around the globe. We ensure that students are not only academically prepared but also possess the emotional and social literacy and abilities to navigate their surroundings and futures effectively. We combine the Cambridge International curriculum with our social and learning program and teach from a Biblical worldview.

We prepare students for responsible and engaged citizenship, leadership and community participation.

3H School was launched in New Zealand in February 2022. 3H School International is a unit of 3H Educational Trust and is registered under New Zealand Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and Charities Act 2005. 3H School International is approved by the Ministry of Education for independent online school status globally. 3H School International is a signatory to the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021. 3H School International is the first online Cambridge school in the Pacific region - we are approved as an online Cambridge school for all school levels, from Primary through to Advanced Level.

3H stands for Head, Heart and Hands. We believe that a holistic approach to learning that attends to the head (knowledge), heart (character and emotional development), and hands (action, experiential learning) is vital.

By emphasising equally a child’s cognitive improvement, emotional development and consistent application of knowledge we make certain that our students will be prepared to tackle life’s uncertainties and be equipped to make a meaningful contribution to society.

The idea of 3H International School started to take formation when we saw the challenges that families faced in securing quality education in different parts of the globe. We observed that this challenge forced some families to move to a different suburb, to move to a city or in some cases, to move to another country.

Our team of experienced teachers, administrators and visionaries came together and developed a robust and engaging learning model, combining the strengths of live teaching with the opportunities created with digital technology. It was an opportunity to draw from the best of the US, UK and New Zealand educational standards and to incorporate much needed content on social and emotional learning. We have recruited top educational leaders, advisors and teachers to deliver an outstanding digital classroom student experience and internationally recognised qualification pathway
