Job Summary

Prepare and follow up with CIPD registered students
Work as an academic adviser for the students from the point of registration till graduation
Develop and update the training plan for the assigned students as required
Conduct required assessments on the student/Trainers and provide advise as required
Provide a detailed report on the status, development areas for each student
Work as the central point student’s project manger within Police
Provide detailed reports on statuses, puffers, obstacles and suggestions to improve
Provide continual support, advise and suggestions to enhance the project.
