Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for Learning and Development activity across business and functions.
  • You will engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritise training
  • Build internal and external relationships to secure required resources and funding for the training
  • Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery
  • Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
  • To ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs
  • Support HR team with wider learning activities like coaching, mentoring and leadership development programs
  • Ability to conduct assessment centers for trading, operations and other commercial skills
  • Working with government/industry bodies for training grants

Qualifications Rquired

  • CIPD certified
  • Experience working in commodity trading, financial or Integrated Oil Company in training or LandD environment will be of advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels.
  • Written/spoken English.
