Job Summary
- You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for Learning and Development activity across business and functions.
- You will engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritise training
- Build internal and external relationships to secure required resources and funding for the training
- Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery
- Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
- To ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs
- Support HR team with wider learning activities like coaching, mentoring and leadership development programs
- Ability to conduct assessment centers for trading, operations and other commercial skills
- Working with government/industry bodies for training grants
Qualifications Rquired
- CIPD certified
- Experience working in commodity trading, financial or Integrated Oil Company in training or LandD environment will be of advantage.
- Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with people of all levels.
- Written/spoken English.
