Our first FIT studio, located within Al Nahyan Camp in Abu Dhabi, is slick in style and geared up with advanced equipment. All future FIT studios will be conveniently located to fit seamlessly into your life.
FIT is an initiative that brings the group exercise concept into the workplace or community. #FIT offers the most comprehensive group exercise schedule in Abu Dhabi, and includes #RPM, #BODYPUMP, circuit, #TRX, #Zumba, #Yoga and MORE!
FIT's overall purpose is to make group exercise accessible and affordable to the majority of Abu Dhabi's communities by leasing open spaces within business locations, in addition to residential communities, and leveraging #FIT's wide instructor base. We started off in a box. We'll continue to open many affordable boxes across Abu Dhabi.
