My experience at RIT Dubai so far is so impressive. The strong faculty made my life easier at the university, they offered their time whenever I needed help. Also, the athletics department was my favorite, since I'm a member of the soccer team, they have offered all the facilities and the support we (players) needed to compete in different tournaments around the country.

RIT Dubai has opened up doors to new learning experiences for me. Not only is education their number one priority, but molding their students into the leaders of tomorrow is important. Being able to receive an American education and degree from the UAE, distinguishes us as RIT students. The range of courses offered and study abroad programs truly create an experience that prepares me to excel in the future. I’m a third year Computer Security student here at RIT Dubai. I love the environment and the community we've built here. It’s the only U.S university in Dubai offering both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees. For me it was important to attain a degree directly from the US that is also accredited by the Ministry of Education. Faculty and staff are really supportive and its different from most universities as it's very personal and there is a real sense of community. It’s very high standard and I’m really pleased with my choice.

There is a lot of practical application in the Mechanical Engineering program so I feel well prepared for the real world and the Co-op internship is a great concept. I wanted a U.S. degree and the opportunity to study overseas which RIT Dubai offers. The reputation of the university and the program, combined with the ABET accreditation means I have great job opportunities. I’m really happy here.

RIT is the only university in UAE that proves the US education and US degrees. Furthermore its degrees are not only accredited by Ministry of Higher Education of UAE, but also accredited by AACSB and ABET.

Rochester Institute of Technology is a private university that started in 1829 in Rochester and is amongst the top universities in the world. I am very privilege to have the opportunity to attend this university here in Dubai and receive the same quality education. Being at RIT DUBAI has been one of the best experiences of my life so far. Some of you probably never heard of RIT, and i dont blame you for that, we are not that old here in UAE, some of you probably even thought of RTA when you read the name, but let me tell you more about RIT and my experience there. RIT is a US based university that opened a branch in the UAE, the degree is same as the one in the US, which means its internationally certified which is very important. Now about my experience, RIT is an amazing place, its not only full of a well educated and qualified staff, but also with a diverse and amazing bunch of students. Students at RIT make you feel like you're at home, and the classes are amazing, you actually do have fun learning. So if you're looking for a good uni RIT should be your choice, and let me say welcome to RIT, or welcome home.

RIT is a top U.S university located in Dubai. I think the two benefits of studying at RIT Dubai, is the quality learning you receive from top professors and the accreditation. As a student at RIT Dubai, I personally recommend RIT Dubai to anyone whose looking for a high level of education.

RIT Dubai is the perfect example of how western universities are evolving nowadays with the concept of global branch campuses. Dubai is one of the most cutting edge and fast growing cities in the world. You are in a city of innovation that utilizes its youth and students to make it bigger and better than ever imagined before. Although the campus size may be smaller than a traditional university is, the student to faculty ratio to be low, which is a major advantage. Your professors actually know who you are, and you can get to know them in class or out, so when it comes to networking your professors can easily help you out because they know your skills and what you excel in. Also, in a smaller university you really get to shine and stand out if you work hard and focus on what you are good at. Students are very friendly and welcoming. Many universities claim to be diverse, yet when you actually go to their campus, every group of friends is divided according to ethnicity. At RIT Dubai it's different. Everyone talks and works with each other, no matter what their background is. In addition to receiving an American degree at the end of the bachelors program, you still remain relatively close to home even if you don't live in the UAE. (The Atlantic Ocean is bigger than you think). Oh yeah, and RIT Dubai's campus is located right beside the Dubai Silicon Oasis HQ. Note that the Silicon Oasis is the Ruler of Dubai's vision of replicating the Silicon Valley in California, where companies like Google are located, and universities like Stanford. It's exciting to know you are becoming part of the foundation of a long term mission. Being a student in RIT has been my pleasure and I'm really happy to be one. RIT has many benefits for its students. It offers the Co-op program which enable us to experience real life work that applies to whatever major you are studying which not only improve your knowledge, but also allow you to have a better job offers in the future. Graduating with a USA certificate is also a huge advantage for everyone to use, especially if your parents did not allow you to study over seas :p The university also have highly experienced and well educated Professors. I love this university, and I'm sure you will too :) Its so much fun, everyday is an adventure for all of us to enjoy :)

I think this is the perfect place to get an American degree for those who doesn't have the chance to go to US to study. RIT has good professors who can keep you interested during the whole lecture and the overall atmosphere helps you to study. I also find it difficult to get there every day, because the place is quite far from TECOM, where I live.

If you live in Dubai and plan on getting a decent American higher education, then RIT is the place for you. I’m currently majoring in IT and have made a lot of great friends here. Studying at RIT Dubai has a few interesting perks; it is easy getting internships at Media City based companies that recognize the Rochester Institute’s strengths, they recruit some truly outstanding professors from the US giving students a great learning opportunity and it’s always a plus point to have wireless connectivity throughout campus :) Being a girl, I find it a bit challenging driving down to their campus at Academic City all the way from JBR, but other than that, its well worth it.
