Our daughter spent a year and a half this nursery. It was a wonderful experience for both her and for us. She grew up so much since she started there and she was under such great care. All the teachers Discovery brought in were wonderful. She made great friends, learned a lot, had a lot of fun- always smiling when return to home. We are all very grateful to find such a gem of a nursery.

Very professional and cheerful staff. They attend to all queries in professional way. Nursery is very clean with nice atmosphere, you can see the smile and happiness on all children facies. Teachers are very responsive, friendly and academic. Simply they know how to deal with each child.

My child has been enrolled in Step by Step since September 2017. He is very happy when he is there and eager to go there every morning. As a Mom, I feel very comfortable for him to spend his day in Step by Step. Management, teachers and staff are friendly and really take care of kids health, safety and well-being. Pamela the manager is always available, very much attentive and always ready to hear any concerns I got and act immediately when needed. Teachers are well trained and love kids. My son learned so much the past year! Teachers and staff turnover is relatively low, which is great to have a stable environment and is usually very hard to find in nurseries. The full time in house nurse is always available for preventative and treatment if needed. In case of any accident, which is rare, I always get a full report from nurse. The place cleanliness and maintenance is very good. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces where children can explore, play and stimulate their creativity. I always refer family and friends to Step by Step and I am glad we chose it for my son.

The nursery is clean and the teachers are so kind and helpful. They are always doing interesting activities to develop the child’s capabilities. I was so comfortable leaving my child with them the whole day.

I am thrilled with our experience at discovery nursery. The staff is exceptionally caring and attentive, making every child feel valued and secure. The curriculum is engaging, incorporating play-based learning that fosters creativity and development. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor space for kids to explore. Communication with parents is excellent; I appreciate the regular updates and activities shared through their app. My child has blossomed socially and academically since starting here.
