FSMS Auditor/Lead Auditor course, based on ISO/FSSC 22000:2005, teaches students the principles, processes, and techniques used for the assessment of and management of:
- Food Safety Hazards; and
- Their significance for FSMS auditors
- Experienced instructors guide students through the role of an Auditor in planning, conducting, reporting, and following up an audit (in accordance with ISO 19011:2011 and ISO/IEC 17021) by interpreting the requirements of ISO/FSSC 22000.
- The course explains each requirement in ISO 22000 and provides participants with the techniques and processes to objectively audit these requirements in their industry and to evaluate compliance with the standard.
