Sensation Station

We work in collaboration with parents and professionals. Our Out-Reach Service is available at selected schools and nurseries in Dubai, facilitating 1:1 and/or group therapy, supporting teachers and students with Special Education Needs (SEN).

The centre is equipped including a sensory gym, a multi-sensory Snoezelen room and several therapy rooms suitable for 1:1 therapy as well as small group settings. At Sensation Station, the therapist have the advantage of working within a multi-disciplinary team.

Sensation Station is holding a Facility License issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and all our clinical staff are issued with an individual professional practitioner license by the DHA. All staff at the centre work clearly within their professional boundaries. Anything outside this will be referred to a more appropriate discipline internally or externally.

We are conveniently located at the Ibn Battuta Gate Offices, adjacent to the Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai Discovery Gardens / Jebel Ali area.

The Owner of Sensation Station has brought a wealth of global knowledge due to traveling to many different countries in the search for the best treatment and services for her child. This experience and knowledge then inspired her to create a centre that was in line with international standards, right here on their doorstep. She is passionate about helping others and the family have set aside a fund for parents struggling to meet the costs. The very best part is that the owner does not take any profit from the centre, everything is reinvested to keep the standards high and to cover only what is needed to keep the centre.

Speech and language development is often one of the milestones a parent focuses on in a child’s early years, this is because communication (verbal and/or non-verbal) is an essential component to learning. The goal of Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) is to identify and treat children who present with difficulties in the area of speech, language and communication.
