Business Writing Workshop
Improving our written communication skills is one of the most significant actions that we can take to improve our productivity, increase our personal credibility and enhance our overall effectiveness at work. Eton Institute’s ‘Business Writing’ introduces participants to key skills and checklists which will make a significant impact on the quality of their business writing.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
1. Plan written communications to meet the needs of their audience and business situation
2. Use a four step approach to write effectively
3. Adapt their style of communication for the situation
4. Use a range of checklists to ensure Accuracy, Brevity and Clarity (ABC).
