At Harris Academy Falconwood we care for our students, inspiring and encouraging them to take pride in their work and serve themselves daily within the Academy. Developing our students is key at Harris Academy Falconwood, we support them continuously through their academic studies and their growth into young adults. With our three core values of Serve, Support, and Success in place, we encourage self-drive and belief allowing our students to grow into kind, thoughtful and successful individuals.

At Harris Academy Falconwood, we strongly believe that our young people should have access to the best that education has to offer.  Everything we do within our Academy is based around our three core values which support our students to become happy, educated young people with the drive and desire to succeed.

We enable students and staff to develop their self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-confidence as well as encourage them to respect each other and other’s opinions.  We encourage an understanding of right and wrong, taking responsibility, how we contribute to society and being tolerant of each other and our cultural traditions.  This is further promoted in our Academy Assemblies, Celebration of Achievement Evenings and Tutor Time Programme as well as across the Curriculum as a whole.
