St Paul's is a friendly close knit community school which has served the Grangetown community for over 100 years. We have a strong Christian ethos and this cascades throughout the school."Learning Together through Fun, Friendship and Faith".The aim of this Vision Statement is to set out the fundamental purposes and values of St Paul's Church in Wales Primary School.In St Paul's Church School we aim to create within a Christian setting safe, secure and fun learning environment where every child feels happy and enjoys their learning.

We strive to create an atmosphere where standards of teaching and learning are constantly in view and can be raised, and where all succeed to the best of their ability.To make everyone feel valued as a member of the school/church community and that they have an important contribution to make.To strive to foster and develop good communication links within the school and its wider community.

We celebrate the diversity in our community and encourage a multi-faith dialogue amongst our school family.We are a Christian school with strong links to the local Church and community.

Our vision of learning through fun, friendship and faith is engrained in all we do. We celebrate the diversity in our community and ensure an ethos of understanding and respect for different faiths, cultures and beliefs. We are categorised as a green school by the Welsh Government which reflects our high standards of learning and teaching, our commitment to wellbeing and our determination to provide the best possible education and experiences for your child. Our latest Estyn report (2012) states that: “The school is inclusive with a warm, caring, family environment where pupils feel safe and well cared for. Staff are fully committed to developing pupils’ well-being and they have a shared understanding of how best to support pupils’ social and emotional needs.”
