The curriculum has been designed with industry-specific goals in mind and the faculty members enjoy complete freedom to upgrade the syllabus by incorporating the latest knowledge and stimulating the creative minds of the students. HITEC University undergraduate programs in Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering have been accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council under Outcome Based Education (OBE) System. BS Computer Science program has been accredited by National Computing Education Accreditation Council with highest category 'W'.

The University also offers admissions in MS/PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics and Islamic Studies, which are duly recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Punjab Higher Education Commission.

HITEC University has entered into collaboration with many prominent international universities including Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, University of Strathclyde UK and Istanbul Technical University, Turkey. Under student exchange programs students can earn Strathclyde University's degree by studying two years in HITEC University and two years in Strathclyde University and can also avail an opportunity to study for one year in Istanbul Technical University, Turkey without tuition fee.

Industry Academia linkages has enabled the University to bridge the gap between industry and University. Regular visits to industries and mandatory internship with industries have helped our students become proficient in skills relevant to local and foreign industry.
