Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University

Salman bin Abdul Aziz University (Al Kharj University formerly) was established under the Royal Decree No. M/7305 Dated 3/9/1430H. The university includes colleges in five Governorate of Riyadh Region, which are Al Kharj, Hotat Bani Tamim, Al Aflaj, Al Slayel and Wadi Addawasir. Further, the university’s name was changed to Salman bin Abdul Aziz “SAU” under the Royal Decree No.45388 Dated 12/10/1432H.

SAU includes 22 Faculty in various majors such as Medicine, Engineering and Scientific etc... It also holds more than 28.000 students. Moreover, SAU aims to qualify its graduates to make them able of competing in labor market by providing them with education that meet international standard. It also provides them with a research academic environment that has a remarkable human resources, effective community partnership and supportive administration system.

A distinguish University in education and community partnership.SAU is working on qualifying graduates that are able to compete in labor market. Which it would be achieved through providing education meets international standard, highly qualified faculty members, and effective community partnership, along with supportive management system .

The budget of this year embodied the wisdom and balance of the policies of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and its care to provide all basic services to the people of Saudi Arabia in accordance with a clear vision of priorities and accurate mechanisms to raise spending efficiency and develop government services to reach the highest standards of efficiency in the utilization of financial resources Taking into consideration all the needs of citizens with middle and low incomes.
