In our increasingly competitive world, a high-quality education gives students a wider choice and better chances in college and university, as well as the skills and tools needed to succeed throughout their lives.
Through the SABIS® system of education, students at AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah will learn with an efficiency of time and effort. AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah students will be helped to achieve their full potential. Practically any student can achieve this aim—not only brilliant students.
Abdulaziz International Schools – Al-Sulaimaniah (AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah) first opened its doors in 1999. Today, the school has an enrollment of 3,640 students in Kindergarten through Grade 12.
AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah is a member of the global SABIS® Network, established in 1886 with the opening of its first school. For over 131 years, schools in the SABIS® Network have been preparing students with the knowledge and skills required to help them achieve success in a changing world. Today, the SABIS® Network has an active presence in 20 countries on five continents and educates over 70,000 students.
AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah will be recognized as a provider of top-quality education to a highly diverse student body. It will prepare all students for success in college, equip them with the ability and desire for lifelong learning, and strengthen their civil, ethical, and moral values. The school will maintain high standards of efficiency and accountability throughout its operation.
Abdulaziz International Schools – Al-Sulaimaniah (AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah) is located in Sulaimaniah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The purpose-built campus is divided into four sections: the Girls, Boys, Primary, and KG sections. The school encompasses several facilities including science and computer laboratories, sports facilities, and art rooms. A unique IT feature at the school is the computerized learning and testing center.
The school has four libraries, five computer labs, eight science labs, five SABIS Integrated Testing and Learning® (ITL®) exam halls, and indoor & outdoor courts. It also has three cafeterias.
At AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah, we consider the school as a dynamic production team. Administrators, teachers, and students are all contributors to this team. Knowledge and ideas are the product of collaborative efforts. Since students are the ones who benefit most directly from the product, they should be most concerned that the product is of a high quality.
Everyone in a SABIS® Network school has a job to do; everyone is accountable. Administrators, students, and staff "self-audit" in order to discover and correct errors. It is teamwork that allows every team member to reach heights that would be more difficult to reach individually.
Like all SABIS® Network schools around the world, AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah is a highly academic, non-selective, co-educational, English-medium, independent day school catering for the complete individual. AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah graduated its first senior class at the end of the 2000-2001 academic year.
AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah provides top-quality education to children of different ethnicities, nationalities, and backgrounds. At AIS–Al-Sulaimaniah, we believe we can add more value to students to enable them to perform to the best of their abilities, be admitted to the most competitive universities, and be successful in their careers. The school develops students' academic competence, learning techniques, interpersonal skills, and personality, in addition to instilling high ethical, moral, and civic values. The multicultural setting of the school helps students develop a better understanding of world cultures.
All courses for students at all levels are clearly structured to enable students and teachers to know precisely what should be learned. Teachers teach one concept at a time using the SABIS Point System® with each lesson alternating frequently between oral work, individual work, and group work in such a way that it is difficult for students to “switch off.”
Students engage in regular assessment using exams that teachers do not see in advance. Everyone in the school is accountable. Accordingly, students learn more in class and have more time for relaxation and fun after school.

Thank you once again for doing your part to keep Edarabia the most trusted education source.
I am new to the school and I highly recommend. The teachers are very sweet and well educated.
My youngest is in the KG and benefiting a lot from the online activities. My eldest is in Grade 3; they have a strong curriculum and the best part is that they dont have homework.

The efforts made were more than amazing. The work done with the students and the efficient route of communication during the pandemic showed the school's true colors. Faculty and staff, whether in the boys' section or the girls' section, provided us with an extraordinary experience during such difficult times. Dedication, commitment and the engagement of students to the best of their abilities was the only thing to remark about my kids' teachers. Truly, they've brought school inside the home of every AIS student. Best of wishes and much appreciation.

Hello ,My children have been in AIS for about 9 years and i have only seen good results. My oldest daughter is about to graduate soon and i am not worried about university acceptances as the sabis diploma is well-known and respected. This school is more than just educational. This school was home for all its students;being a Sabis Alumni is a blessing. The best part of this school is the SLO ( Student Life Organization). It is an Organization than allows students to handle responsibilities in making the school a better place. Being the leader of the discipline department throughout my highschool years taught me a lot. To sum it up, SLO teaches students to be organized, respectful, hardworking, and thoughtful I wouldn't hesitate to advise anyone to join the Sabis Family .
