TeamLease Skills University (TLSU) is co-located within the ITI Tarsali campus at Vadodara and in PPP with Department of Labour and Employment, Government of Gujarat. TLSU is clearly focused on Putting India to Work by offering employment oriented programs and creating a career path for non-graduate employees through our unique Program for working professionals.

As a Skills University, we pray to the one god of employer. TLSU seeks to address the gaps in Indian higher education system in relation to curricular irrelevance, graduate unemployability, low esteem for skill based programs and apathy to the informal workforce. Respecting the spirit of national documents in the higher education area, TLSU holds its educational purpose of facilitating skill inculcation and community enrichment through traditional and non-traditional programs focusing on basic, vocational, professional, technical and life skill domains.

Apart from catering to the educational needs of 18-23 year olds drawn from the academic streams of secondary education system, efforts will be taken for opening higher education/training avenues for the pass-outs/teachers of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Vocational Higher Secondary Schools (VHSSs) and Polytechnics that could underpin the respective streams.

The formal and informal sectors of the employed category will be provided skill upgrade options through credential based educational programs and non-credit oriented training programs. Non-formal pedagogy will be deployed for community enrichment programs.

TLSU has a PPP with the Government of Gujarat and we are working closely with many industries to ensure that not only our curriculum is in line with what the employer requires but that we are able to get excellent opportunities for all students to enhance their work career.

Our Enterprise Learning Solutions (ELS) business, housed under TLSU, has been delivering Technical, Softskills, Leadership trainings & Executive Coaching to corporate clients and individuals since 2008. Driving forth the vision of TeamLease – “Putting India to Work”, we provide avenues for corporates and individuals to take the next leap in their careers. We specialize in providing customized IT and Soft skills training and certifications to corporates and individuals alike. Our approach to each training follows working closely with clients to identity the training needs and provide appropriate solutions, assess training of candidates to ascertain its efficacy for better productivity while sticking to the training plan developed with the client’s inputs.
