We are a group of private schools, offering Montessori education to children aged 18 months to 6 years. Our school has been in operation for over thirty years with campuses in Singapore, Hong Kong and Canada. Our engaging curriculum is presented by qualified, experienced Montessori Teachers and language specialists, who are passionate about educating children. We exclusively adopt the Montessori Method of education, observing standards set by the 'Association Montessori Internationale' (AMI) to prepare children for entry to grade school in local and international systems. Thank you for visiting and we hope you will find the information that you seek, within our website. Below are links to each of our schools.

The Montessori curriculum is very broad based and covers traditional and uniquely Montessori subjects as given below. We intend to present subject matter from all given topics as explained.

Each of the above areas will be presented in simple format, even to the youngest child, and presentations will grow in complexity as the child matures in the environment.

The Montessori curriculum is non-graded and non-competitive, thus allowing the children to work and grow in an environment that permits their individual potential to reach its own level and at its own pace, without any negative or judgmental pressure.

However, it is the trained adult's (Directress') responsibility to be aware if what is required of the child, when he/she enters primary school, at the end of the Montessori education period of 3 years and guide that child towards the desired goals or benchmarks. As our philosophy encourages children to learn void of stress, these goals are usually easily achieved. The emphasis we place is that the child must be in a Montessori programme for at least 3 years to ensure this achievement. Thereafter, the transition to primary school is normal and well accepted by the child.

At the beginning, we do not try to present any Montessori materials to the new children as they may be unsettled and not receptive to such materials. In these circumstances, it is advisable to gather the new children in a small group and offer them, what we call, “ the preliminary activities”. These activities are not necessarily a method of development but are offered with the intention of helping the new children settle down.

Our two kids go to the Newton campus and it’s been an amazing experience to date. The older one will graduate with the school this year and we are grateful for the school’s preparations and support in getting him ready for primary school education. Experienced teaching staff and a solid Montessori curriculum provides children with a wonderful learning journey that works at their individual pace. A well structured and supportive learning environment full of engaging activities that works to develop children physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively. Would highly recommend the Montessori for Children as it takes a full Montessori approach as opposed to a few others with similar names in Singapore that doesn’t actually practice the methodology in full and therefore potentially loses its full intended impact.

Both my children finished the CASA programme at MFC. They were more than prepared for grade school and they loved their time there. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a proper Montessori school.

The best years of Jovan’s life were spent at Montessori, from the infant class till graduation into Primary school. At Primary 2 now, he still misses all his teachers and keeps in touch with his friends. He’ll definitely bring the knowledge and skills he gained from Montessori along with him as he continues growing older. A big THANK YOU to all the teachers for the love and concern for my boy.
