If you are passionate about teaching and delivering a high-quality learning experience then this program, delivered in Arabic, is for you. Blending practical experience with theoretical study, the program prepares you to teach in both public and private schools.
The focus is placed on practical teaching experience, both school-based and within our micro-teaching laboratory. This is combined with the latest research into effective teaching and learning strategies. You will learn to plan, design, critically review and implement a curriculum, including material development. This program prepares you to teach a variety of subjects, examines classroom management strategies and the use of education technology.
You will gain skills that will enable you to design curricula and learning environments that will fully engage students in the learning process, taking into account different learning styles and special needs. You will study policy behind curriculum design, as well as analyze and evaluate different evaluation techniques.
We graduated over 3000 students from this program between 2011 and 2017, building a strong network of schools both nationally and regionally. These special relationships mean we remain fully responsive to the needs of the market we are serving.
Graduates of this program have gone on to teach in both government and private schools within the UAE and across the region.
Electives allow you to become a subject-specific teacher in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Science, Mathematics, English, Social Studies or Information Technology.
Graduates can also take up education management roles, as well as non-teaching positions such as counselors and advisors
