Bishop Ireton's college preparatory curriculum has a solid tradition of educating young men and women of faith by offering rigorous academics and strong athletic and fine arts programs in a culture rich with Salesian Spirituality.
We offer a challenging curriculum of college prep, honors, and Advanced Placement courses, specifically geared for 21st century learning. By the time they graduate, Bishop Ireton students are well prepared to succeed at the nation's top colleges and universities, evidenced by our 99% college placement rate. In addition, they leave with a unique perspective on who they are and how they can make a difference in the world.
Bishop Ireton’s Academic Enrichment Program is a course students may take in place of their study hall to supplement and reinforce their knowledge and understanding of the concepts taught in their daily classes. The program is staffed by qualified teachers and includes the core subjects of Math, English, and History, as well as Science and Spanish support. Along with re-teaching of subject skills, review for upcoming quizzes and tests is also provided. The program offers a small group environment, giving students more opportunity for personal attention to their needs. The Program teachers collaborate with the different subject departments so they are able to follow the daily curriculum and track student progress.
