At Tots & Teddies, we have carefully crafted a well balanced curriculum that adopts a thematic, inquiry based approach, with a term specially devoted to projects. Children construct knowledge through activities and hands-on learning while concepts are reinforced through learning centres, rhymes, songs & field trips. Numeracy and phonics are introduced from Nursery onwards.
We believe each child is unique and special, and each child has his or her own individual way of learning. As such, our programme caters to each child’s interest and curiosity in learning. We provide resources for a small class ratio of one teacher to five children to ensure holistic progress and development.
As a bilingual preschool in Singapore, we believe in providing children with ample opportunities to construct knowledge with active participation, both in the English and Chinese language. The constant exposure to both languages allows children to develop fluency in reading, speaking and writing.
We believe a safe and inviting environment is important for young learners. Our preschool environment is well-equipped with an indoor playground and safe structures for creative play. When my son was two, we decide to transfer him from Japanese school to English speaking school. I called, visited almost all of the school in Singapore actually. And tots and teddies was totally different from others. They give us the best impression. When I step in to this school for the first time, I straight away feel that I wants to enrol my son here! I can feel that tots and teddies really cares about all the kids, they wants to offer a good environment to the kids. In every details I can see there is a caring, even in the soup they use for kids hand wash!! There is a chef who always cook healthy and delicious food and snacks which my son loves it. The classes room, kitchen, toilet for kids are all really well designed and looks really comfortable. I’m sure will make my son happy going to this school everyday! The classes, they teach my son many things and do not just teach in a boarding way but they make sure the kids will be excited! My son have no intention that he is learning. He thought that he is playing but actually he is learning very high advance lesson. Now the lesson is about solar system and he could say all of the planets name in order and give me the information and details of each planet and it really amazed me, he is still 5 years old!! We are very lucky to find this school and truly appreciate all of the staff in tots and teddies. I have no confidence to find better school than here. The school is just wonderful! I do not usually (or ever) post reviews on social media, but for Tots and Teddies, I cannot recommend them more highly! If you are a working parent looking for the perfect infantcare / childcare for your much loved child, this delightful little school could be it! In the heart of the Singapore CBD, it makes it easy to have your. child nearby the office and get involved with regular parental involvement sessions, like celebrations and performances at the school. The centre and curriculum are thoughtfully designed, and hygiene is kept at the highest levels. The organic menu is enough to make you wish you could eat there too, and there is also the option of a takeaway dinner afterwards, so you can eat as a family. The staff are amazing - passionate educators who converse in English and Mandarin. Updates from the centre are regular and full some, with an online app to see the day’s activities.

From the moment we walked into Tots & Teddies, we instantly fell in love with the place. It is impeccably clean, the staff are both very friendly and professional, and most importantly, we see that our son is in great spirits there. The daycare has really allowed my son to explore with confidence - my wife and I noticed a positive and quick growth in his development soon after joining Tots. He eats well, sleeps well, and since going to Tots he has also warmed up to other kids more easily than before. I initially had reservations about placing my 6-month old in infant care. However, Tots has impressed me. I have described it to friends and family around the world, and everyone is universally amazed at the care my son is receiving at Tots. I am so impressed that I consider Tots one of the Top 3 things that I value about living in Singapore

We sent our little one when she turned 15th months, much earlier than we planned to as we were impressed when Oliver introduced us to his facilities. His eye for every little details to the centre in terms of design, safety, items, food quality, etc resulted in our decision. It is now almost 1 year into her school life, we could see clear improvements in her socialising with others, joyful personality, physique, range of food she eats. She would always surprise us at home with the things she learnt in school like forming sentences these days to name a few. Our observations are the school have well structured programs and most importantly, teachers who truly care. I highly recommend them!

Tots & Teddies is an excellent pre-school/childcare provision for parents working in CBD. I enrolled my son here from the infant care and have always felt at ease leaving him here under the care of the loving and compassionate teachers. They have an amazing in house chef and a very open culture where parent feedback is very strongly considered and acted upon. Would highly recommend this place to all parents.

The school really meets the expectations of parents seeking the right balance between academics, activities (indoor and outdoor) and diet (the cook is a chef). The teachers are warm and engaged. They provide updates throughout the day and the parents-teachers meetings are not just a formality. Both my kids attend the school and we're really happy for them.

My daughter has been going to Tots and Teddies for over a year now , first as an infant and now in playgroup, and I cannot recommend them enough. The teachers are great –warm, patient and happy to have parents involved. The school is clean, safe and well maintained. The food is wholesome and the chefs do a wonderful job of keeping the menu interesting. The school has an app which provides updates on your child through the day. And most importantly, my daughter loves getting dropped off every morning ! One of the best decisions we made.
