Conveniently located near the Mid Levels escalator on Caine Road, this vibrant school provides an exciting and nurturing environment in which children thrive. In addition to the classes we have at our main school site, we also offer classes at the Woodland Junior Academy, just across the street from the Woodland Montessori Academy.

At the Woodland Junior Academy, we offer Rollers, Wrigglers and Playgroup classes aimed at children from 6 to 30 months. Like all Woodland Pre-Schools, we aim to provide the very highest quality international pre-school education. Accredited by the Montessori Evaluation and Accreditation Board (MEAB), the school uses highly effective Montessori teaching methods and offers English, bilingual and Pure Mandarin classes.

Within a structured framework, children develop at their own pace under the guidance of the Montessori teacher. They acquire skills naturally, gain an early enthusiasm for learning, and develop their self esteem, independence and self-discipline.

Stepping Stones caters for children aged 2 years 4 months to approximately 2 years 8 months who are about to start Pre-School. Our aim is for the children to confidently attend school unaccompanied.

The theme-based curriculum helps them become more independent, develop classroom routines, learn to positively interact with others and develop their concentration skills. This is also the level at which, in partnership with parents, we focus on potty-training. Children usually attend for four months or so before graduating to our Pre-School classes. Besides our English, classes, we also offer Bilingual Stepping Stones. The Montessori Pre-School curriculum is designed for children aged 2 years 8 months to 6 years who are ready for the challenges of pre-school. Our Pre-School classes are available in either English, Bilingual, or Pure Mandarin.
