Academic advising at Penn State Mont Alto is carried out by both Professional Advisers in the DUS Advising Center and Faculty Advisers across campus. Prospective students can obtain assistance from and direct their questions to the Admissions Office. DUS aspires to lead the continuing development of the academic advising profession at Penn State and across the nation. We will demonstrate our leadership by contributing to the scholarship of advising, guiding the continuing development of professional standards, and providing the advising community with the most exemplary advising practices and the most sophisticated assessment models.
The Division of Student Affairs and the Offices of Campus and Residence Life provide services and programs that are designed to complement formal classroom learning, enrich the collegiate experience, and promote student success.
Counseling services provides individual counseling, crisis intervention, and psychological evaluations for students, as well as prevention and consultation services for the University community.
