Flight Dispatch-Abridged Course (FD-AbC)-GCAA Licensed

The Abridged Training course is applicable for candidates, who meet the relevant experience requirements of GCAA CAR Part II Chapter 6-FD.030, as well as EAU former students, who:

• Attended the course but failed the Oral & Practical exam after one year.
• Attended the course and passed the Oral & Practical exam but did not apply for the GCAA licenses after two years.
• Attended the course but did not sit for the Oral & Practical exam after one year.

Applicants authorized by the GCAA to complete the Abridged Training Course will need to sit for a 2 hour entry exam to determine suitability for the programme. Only those, who score more than 75% will be allowed to sit through this six weeks course. Those who score less than 75% will be required to undertake the full 10-week Flight Dispatcher Programme.
