Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government organized two customized training programs “Strategy Planning and Project Management” for Abu Dhabi Development Fund. The training program was designed to equip the participants with a set of skills including the ability to prepare action plans aligned with the strategic plan of the institution as per the Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats analysis in order to translate the annual plan into operational plan, monthly or weekly, in a timely and efficient manner, the ability to monitor the implementation of the plan, and deal with the discrepancies and rectify them as per the performance indicators and measures.
