One parent (mom or dad) with up to 2 kids can participate in this class.
In this parent & kids class, lifestyle dietician Bana Idris will show the kids how to prepare ahealthy 2-course meal at the comfort of your home. The menu includes a healthy pizza,made from scratch and a nutrition-packed tasty dessert that’s definitely fun and easy-to-make! The recipes will be customized depending on your eating preferences, whether vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or vegan.
Bana will also give personalized instruction and advice on healthier alternatives so that kids can understand the importance and start making healthy food choices which will go a long way in building a healthy lifestyle.
One parent accompanied by 1 or 2 kids can participate in this class. If there are 3 or more kids or if both parents would like to participate, please choose '2 couples' before booking
