New to yoga? This class is the perfect starting program.
This beginners yoga class builds your foundation by learning the principles to help you start any style of yoga. Sessions will be given at a gentle pace recommended for total newbies or even those who tried yoga long ago and now looking for a refresher class.
Take 1 session as a trial but it is recommended that you attend at least 5 sessions to experience the benefits of the practice. Classes can be rebooked until desired results are achieved.
