
Core Power Pilates

Up for a high-intensity, power workout? Take these challenging classes aimed at real Pilates enthusiasts!
Core Power Pilates classes will require coordination and control while incorporating equipment such as flex-bands, toning balls, foam roller, Swiss balls and the fitness circle to add variety and intensity to the mat work repertoire.
These group mat sessions provide a challenging workout and are reinforced and improved using the techniques learned in regular mat classes. Professional instructors will move at a faster, flowing pace and incorporate dynamic intermediate and advanced exercises – making the class recommended for intermediate students - for those with previous Pilates experience. For total beginners, you can first take the Pilates Principles on Mat class.
Choose 1 session for a trial or 5 sessions to experience the benefits of the workout. Sessions can be rebooked until desired results are achieved.
