Presenter Information

Martin is a Certified Adobe Design Master and Instructor. He has worked as a designer with companies like Disney, Warner Brothers, Cartoon Network, Sony Pictures, Mattel, and DC Comics. He is currently working in London as a designer and instructor as well as providing a range of services, from live online training to consultancy work, to individuals worldwide. Almu Redondo is a storyboard artist, visual development and concept artist from Spain with passion for stories. She was born with a pencil in her hands. She has worked as visual development artist for animation films and TV series, as well as concept artist and storyboard artist for the VFX industry for clients like Disney, LucasArts, The Weistein Company or Universal, with work in films as Jason Bourne, iBoy or Stratton, Star Wars Battle Quads advertisement and TV Series like Plebs III.

Course outline

This course is comprised of the following topics:

• Module 1: Intro to Character Animation
• Module 2: Concept Stage
• Module 3: Design Stage
• Module 4:Conclusion

Course Duration

From the day you purchase the course, you will have 12 months access to the online study platform. As the course is self-paced you can decide how fast or slow the training goes, and are able to complete the course in stages, revisiting the training at any time.

Method of Assessment

At the end of the course, you will have one assignment to be submitted (you need a mark of 65% to pass) and you can submit the assignment at any time. You will only need to pay £19 for assessment and certification when you submit the assignment. You will receive the results within 72 hours of submittal, and will be sent a certificate in 7-14 days if you have successfully passed.

Certification

Successful candidates will be awarded a certificate for Character Design.

Eligibility / Requirements

Learners must be age 16 or over and should have a basic understanding of the English Language, numeracy, literacy.
