Strategic Plan of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) was formulated and based on institutional evaluation and development mapping of each working unit. It covers the the weaknesses, strengths, potentials and future prospect development. The Board of Trustees decree number 01/H3.MWA/K/2012 about Strategic Plan of Universitas Airlangga and Rector’s Decree number 5857/H3/KR/2012 regarding Strategic Plan Operational Program Universitas Airlangga 2012-2017 as the base of 2015-2020 Strategic Plan Formulation. UNAIR appointment to be in Top 500 Universities in 2019 and academic business unit management related to holding university are included.

Statutes of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) establish ground rules of UNAIR management used to formulate regulations and operational procedures in UNAIR.

Indonesian Government Regulation Number 30 of 2014 regarding the statutes of Universitas Airlangga, was issued in Jakarta, on May 14, 2014 by the President of Indonesia
