Live Online session through Skype will be conducted and delivered by Consultants with more than 10 years of experience and have implemented it in organizations worldwide. The training uses examples, case studies, and exercises on issues which are relevant for all industry like Customer Satisfaction, Productivity (utilization, handling time), Transaction Quality, Service Levels, and Attrition.

It also includes use of MINITAB Statistical software for data analysis and interpretation of results. Worked out Projects are used to demonstrate and practice the use of appropriate tools. On completion of this workshop the participants will be ready to launch Six Sigma projects.
