Bachelors in Arts or similar alongside a PGCE or relevant country equivalent is required. Basic Spanish and Arabic speaking skills advantageous due to the bilingual setting. Ideally 2+ years’ experience’, within an IB school would be advantageous, however not essential as training can be provided. Certainly a student centred approach is essential.
