Under my opinion the school is constantly developing their programs ,improving their services and teaching methods , taking students in consideration all the time. As a previous UNSW student I feel the education level is very similar .However , Kaplan is more multicultural and their environment is very friendly.
Both Front and Back officers are very helpful.

Just been there to drop my brother. His first day. Phone called twice. No answer. Reached there. Customer service was a joke. Rude reply. Receptionist gave wrong form to fill up. Returned it. No apology. And my brother was laughing at me. THIS SCHOOL, NOT RECOMMENDED.
