Angliss International Hotel School

In 2016, William Angliss Institute launched the Angliss International Hotel School. The Hotel School offers students a customised study pathway to take service delivery to a new and luxurious level. With exposure to masterclasses covering the finer and more specialised areas of hotel service, students will be equipped for a career offering exceptional service in the international hotel industry.

Angliss International Hotel School represents a new standard in hospitality and tourism service delivery. With a focus on the provision of luxury services, students completing their studies with the Hotel School will be equipped with the knowledge and expertise to work in the world’s finest hotels. The delivery of an exclusive program focusing on high-end hospitality services, will provide graduates with the competitive edge required to differentiate themselves from the standard offering in the hospitality and tourism industries.

You will receive first-hand experience in the world of luxury service provision via our local and international partners who have a unique and varied service set to cater for the particular preferences of our students. Students have the opportunity to participate in an international study tour with a leading hotel partner. This will provide students with invaluable experience in international hotel service standards.

The Angliss International Hotel School program commences with a Diploma of Hospitality Management. This one year program is delivered on campus and includes an industry placement. Students then progress into a Bachelor Degree at William Angliss Institute for an additional two or three years, depending on the degree. This includes the Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management and the new Bachelor of Resort and Hotel Management degree being offered in Melbourne from 2017.

After completion of the Diploma, students wishing to continue their hotel management focused study will proceed directly into the second year of the three year Bachelor of Resort and Hotel Management. In addition to the standard three year degree program, students can undertake a four year degree program with the fourth year specialising in either Professional Practice or International Practice.

In the International Practice specialisation, students will analyse data and analytics across geographic region, study global management and do an international study tour. There’s also the option to take a semester’s study with an international academic partner or complete international work placement.
