MIT is also registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS Provider No: 01545C, 03245K (NSW)) to provide courses for overseas students.

MIT provides a suite of undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs to domestic and international students in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Networking and Engineering (Telecommunications). In addition, the institute also offers NEAS endorsed English language programs through its English Language Centre. Aptly located in the heart of the CBDs, both the campuses are easily accessible by Public transport.

MIT believes that everyone deserves access to a tertiary education. When people make the choice to pursue a higher education, they are truly seeking to improve their situation. I worked at MIT Melbourne campus for more than five years in the Academic Services Department and recently left the organisation. My time at MIT was very special and extremely positive as an employee, I not only enjoyed my work but experienced great team spirit, work ethics and was privileged to be part of a great organisation that recognises integrity, honesty and hard work. In my day-to-day work, I closely worked with the Senior Management and highly experienced academic leaders, who were passionate about MIT being a leader in the higher education sector that promotes excellence in teaching, learning and student support. As a past employee, I would always hold a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude for MIT and believe that MIT is one of the best private higher education institutions in Australia to study.

Melbourne Institute of Technology is one of the best places to study, if you want to stay around Melbourne CBD. It is pretty lenient for those who want to study and work at the same time. I am about to graduate and it has been one of the best institute I've came across in my life. Only thing that it requires is you should study by yourself beside attending classes. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

I am a student in my final semester at MIT. I have a really important interview coming up and was able to have a meeting with Doug the Careers Adviser. This meeting was so helpful and Doug has shown me skills that will help me greatly in the future., these skills have me feeling really confident.
