Vicki Shephard

I am a creative Primary School teacher with the drive to enable every student I work with to succeed. I have a proven record of helping children make academic progress, through positive learning experiences and an inspiring educational environment. As a Personal Development subject leader, I aim to provide a nurturing environment where children have opportunities and experiences to help them develop into progressive global citizens. As a class teacher I take pride in creating engaging lessons that motive children and, importantly, build self-confidence in their own abilities. Strong organisational and leadership skills have enabled me to guide student teachers to become confident teachers themselves and I have experience in organising large-scale school events, workshops and educational visits.
