Since its founding, Université Laval has been training, equipping, and guiding the decision makers who've grappled with the major issues of society. Through the advancement and sharing of knowledge, its culture of excellence, and its global outlook, our academic community contributes to the development and international profile of our province. Still today, with the world at a crossroads, Université Laval plays a bigger role than ever in Québec City and on the national and international scene, both as a catalyst for change and a visionary institution where knowledge, curiosity, and innovation are part of everyday life.

Stayed in dorms, did not take any classes, so can not rate that aspect. Campus is visually appealing, but the two are about 8 square feet, with two awful military style costs. Rooms are also unbelievably hot in the summer, barely liveable.

A stunning campus, impressive and beautiful! The most amazing thing is that all campus buildings are connected underground by Tunnels, which makes a lot of fun during the bad weather !!!

I was at Laval for the summer for the FLE program. It's a great university with great facilities. The Athletic Center is one of the nicest buildings on campus, with many new facilities. There is also a very nice, well kept home field. The campus also has a lot of woodlands with paths, and huge areas with trees for shade. It's a really nice campus, but Saint Foy is kind of isolated and there is not much to do unless you go into the old city.

The first moment I walked into my dorm room I started to cry ... It looked like a jail cell to me. They're so hot and so hot. My room mate and I could not stand it. It smells like a sweat and a random cooking / burning things, no one should be cooking things in their dorm room! There is a kitchen for a reason !!! As being the doorm rooms being fat, so was the food. The working people have been incredibly tough and they are the manager, they are at the head of the group. Also, the manager came up to us after we went to get water and starting yelling at us. This two week experience has affected my desire to apply to Laval,
