Internal Auditing (Requirement and Implementation)

To evaluate Internal Operations, Internal Auditing come into existence as a main activity. It is a method to achieve ISO 9001. If the audit is not done properly it can lead to a severe consequence, failure in process and unsatisfactory consumers. This course is specially designed to enhance generic auditing skills and to attain the necessary skills as requirement and implementation to be a certified Internal Auditor. It is not aimed at any particular ISO Management Standard or process.

Through this course, the participants will enhance their Internal auditing skills, planning and performing an effective audit, also reporting and taking necessary actions. This course will develop desired skills to assess, report, implementation as required in the management system. You will enhance your knowledge of initiating audit, prepare audit activities, conduct audit activities followed by all the activities relating to Internal Auditing.

This course will guide you through the requirement, process and phases to be Internal Auditor Certification.
