We are looking for candidates that can complement and enhance our existing research and teaching capabilities in the areas of leadership and organizational behavior. Applicants will have earned a PhD in a relevant discipline from a recognized school by the date of the appointment. Spanish proficiency is desirable, but not required. Salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
