How to Dress for Success (Job Interview or Work)

Are you a high school or university student, millennial, or entrepreneur? Do you want to learn how to dress for success? Then this video is for you. This EdTalk series featuring Shefali Karani reminds everyone that to be able to dress for success, you have to dress for yourself. Being comfortable with what you wear is important, as this goes hand-in-hand with your self-confidence and will affect the way people treat you when they see your confidence shining through.

One of the secrets to success is the way you dress. While office-appropriate attire has changed over the years and formal suits aren’t a requirement, it’s important to dress for the role you want or already have. While people may argue that “you can’t judge a book by its cover”, most businesses and organizations still do, and while staying confident and comfortable with what you wear is key, it’s important to make sure you wear professional attire.

educational videos please subscribe and
if you have any comments and feedback
please write them below thanks so if you
want to know how to dress for success
this videos for you if you’re going for
a college or school interview you’d have
to dress professionally and buy a
dressing professionally you’d have to
wear something that creates a really
good first impression so you can get
into that college or get into the school
that you really want so the second point
would be to wear something that you
actually love wearing so wear is
something that you’re comfortable in but
at the same time looks really nice on
you so if you like that little black
dress for example and you really want to
wear that for an interview but it
doesn’t really feel good on you don’t
wear it because they’re gonna be
focusing on that outfit the whole entire
time but if you find something that you
really like it’s for example like a
white shirt or like black slacks and you
really like it and how it feels on you
then go ahead and wear that because once
you’re confident that will come across
as well the final point would be be
confident so no matter what you’re doing
and where you’re going you should be
confident if you’re not confident
they’re gonna see that but if you are
confident people are going to want to
talk to you and they’re gonna definitely
want to take you to their school or
accept you either a job so remember if
you want to dress for success you have
to dress for the part you have to be
confident and wear something that you
love and good luck with everything
