NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services

The CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children & Young People’s Services (Management Pathway) provides the skills & knowledge needed to manage practice & lead others in children centres, nurseries, KG or early years setting.

Guided Learning Hours
555 hours (12 months) Learners must complete 17 units by attending approximately 30 weekly sessions over a period of 12 months.

The CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children & Young People’s Services has six pathways; the pathway that is most suitable for early childhood managers and assistant managers who are looking to progress their career in the management pathway.
