Studying in Oregon has been an eye-opening experience; the dedicated faculty are always available to help, and I've witnessed remarkable growth in my child’s confidence and skills.

I am from Idaho and my husband is in the Army, he got stationed in Germany and attending school is still an easy thing to do with Eastern Oregon University. They are always friendly, and helpful, and accommodating to special needs of military life abroad. Not to mention they do not charge out of state tuition. My homework for the most part is always something new and challenging, it keeps me on my toes, and makes me work hard. I can do all my classes online for my degree but hoping to go to the beautiful La Grande, OR campus when we move back for my last year. the campus is clean and surrounded by mountains. The people who live in the city were super nice, and it seemed like a peaceful place to live. I absolutely LOVE everything about Eastern Oregon University!!

Eastern Oregon University is what you make of it. You can take courses that are worthless or you can learn from experts in your field. The advantage in being a small school is the access that you will have to resources. There is a high PhD to student concentration. You may very well be in a lower division course, but its quite possible that course will be taught by a PhD. The professors are very friendly and willing to help you.

Eastern Oregon University is great for the money. The school buildings are nice and there's a friendly atmosphere. It's a great school for an undergraduate student. I would choose this school in a heartbeat.
