I have been attending for a little under a year and so far my experience has been very good. Wonderful professors with real world knowledge. Would recommend to others! This is deff a commuter school though, there isn't much to do in the area.

My first year here was not so great. Most of my professors were decent, some much better than others. It's very religious, so if you're into Catholicism then this would probably be a good place, but if you're like me and not religious at all then you'll wanna look elsewhere. Dorms are pretty nice, there were some unexpected mishaps though (hot water not working, power going out, stuff like that). Cafeteria food is not what they make it out to be, but the café food is great and the one is open till 2am, so that's cool. Hopefully my experience here will get better in the next 3 years, but so far it's really just okay.

Beautiful campus. Challenging academics. Unmatched commitment to community service. Focus on real-world, experiential learning that helps students discover and pursue their passion.

Alvernia College was absolutely the best education I could have possibly received. My friends from Alvernia are still among my best friends. Alvernia develops a students ability for leadership contributions. I was among the best performers in my professional career. I worked at Intel and now own a successful company. Students need to look long term when choosing a college and Alvernia is an excellent choice.
